Service Description
Embark on a transformative journey with personalized 1-on-1 coaching program, spanning six sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, with meetings scheduled every two weeks. Tailored to meet your unique needs and aspirations, these sessions provide a dedicated space for deep exploration, strategic planning, and actionable goal-setting. Whether you're navigating career transitions, enhancing leadership skills, or seeking personal growth, our collaborative approach focuses on identifying strengths, overcoming challenges, and unlocking your full potential. Guided by insightful discussions and practical exercises, you'll gain clarity, confidence, and the tools needed to achieve sustainable progress.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All coaching sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance using our online booking system. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients may book individual sessions or choose from coaching packages. Packages offer consistent momentum and deeper transformation over time. All sessions must be scheduled using our online booking system. We recommend booking your package sessions in advance to secure your preferred time slots. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details once booked. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments are non-refundable, as that time is reserved specifically for you. In the case of an emergency, please reach out directly. Exceptions may be made at the coach's discretion. If I, your coach, need to reschedule, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative times. Waiting List Policy If your preferred time slot is fully booked, you may request to be placed on a waiting list. If a cancellation occurs, clients on the list will be notified in order of request. Openings may be offered at short notice, so please ensure your contact information is up to date. Empowered Responsibility Momentum Coaching is a co-created process. If at any time you feel the coaching is not meeting your needs, you are encouraged to communicate openly and take aligned action to restore connection and effectiveness in the coaching relationship.
