Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Life happens - I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments are non-refundable, as that time is reserved specifically for you. In the case of an emergency, please reach out directly. Exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion. If I, your practitioner, need to reschedule, you’ll be notified promptly and offered alternative times.
